I am absolutely delighted to announce my NEW Nourished for Spring – free prompts and practices to welcome the season. Seriously, I am ready. And I bet you all are ready for me to stop moaning about being sick 🙂 – I am ready for that too.
About Nourished Spring …
You are invited to step mindfully, blissfully into the spring season. Emerging from the frozen grip of winter, we allow ourselves to take deep breaths, raise our faces to the sun, and embrace the renewal of nature. We revel in the liberation of Spring and the gifts of new beginnings, both inner and outer.
Spring is the perfect time to venture into Nature and connect with the Goddesses that are birthing it right before our eyes. We sync to the rhythms of Gaia and create elemental ceremony that reflects our urge to transform, evolve, and bloom.
To ring in the new season – I am calling it my RENew Year – and to share some of my favorite bliss practices, I did a big list of Bliss Practices for Spring for the new community site. Here are a few of my favorites and then pop over to get more bliss practices on Seeking Bliss EveryDay!
“Meditate” on the Hare Goddess in Her divine chocolate form as the Easter Bunny. If you need music for your meditation, I highly recommend “Chocolate Jesus” by Emily Richards.
Choose a Spring Goddess and create a seasonal practice to get to know Her. Some Goddesses of Spring: Gaia, Oshun, Flora, Artemis, Bhumi, Eostre, Ostara, Freya, Kore/Persephone, Proserpina, Sita, Brigid, the Horae, Hera, Aphrodite, Maeve, Boann, Diana, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Erzulie, La Sirene, Lakshmi, Eos, Ix Chel, Bast, Kuan Yin, Iris, Saraswati, Shakti, Blodeuwedd, Eurynome, Ishtar.
Have a Spring celebration to dye eggs for everyone to take home and use for their altars. Use all natural dye for the eggs (example: beet juice is for red eggs, turmeric is for yellow, blueberry juice is for blue eggs).
Walk a labyrinth to embrace the cyclical nature of Goddess and the Seasons – contemplate the lessons of Winter and how you are being called to integrate those lessons into the creation of Spring. Use the labyrinth locator to find one near you!
Gather with friends to celebrate Spring Equinox and the Moons. If you do not know of any local groups, join me and Brandi Auset every month online for Goddess Full Moon Group!
Use crystals to create a grid for your health, wellness, and renewal, or any intention. Wake Up! Morning Bliss Practices is a free course on Seeking Bliss EveryDay and my friend and healer, Sara Monserrat Teixido, shares her crystal grid practice and a guided meditation. Below is her grid to release and heal. Isn’t that gorgeous??? And we get to her new mystical kitten Sage too!
Happy Spring, Shakti Tribe! I am so excited to see what will unfold in the RENew Year!
Tell me what you are up to in the comments or pop over and join the Shakti Inner Circle Facebook group!
